Another tomato post, I couldn’t help myself.. these burrata stuffed heirloom tomatoes are just too good.. 🍅
Slice tomatoes width ways in 3 or 4 depending on the size of the tomato, then slice burrata up. I know it oozes deliciously everywhere; try and push it in.. the oozing makes it look even more delish. Layer up burrata and tomato with basil leaves 🌿 and drizzle on the pesto of your choice. I added La Barca Smoked Olive Oil from @brindisaspanishfoods available @ocado for extra depth, but any olive oil will do. Finish with sea salt and a twist of freshly ground pepper.
