Juicy chicken breast with a golden crisp coating is sliced open to reveal ooooozing wild garlicky lemony butter, making every bite burst with flavour.  This chicken Kiev is in a league of its own!

Wild garlic just adds another dimension to this dish with both flavour and texture bursting with fresh vibrant garlic butter goodness.

Of course, if you cant get a hold of wild garlic then just make it the traditional way with parsley.
