I am so proud to be representing Raman Spice UK @ramanspiceuk as their official UK Brand Ambassador.  100% natural spices with unparalleled taste and flavour, made using family recipes that date back to the 1960’s.  I love that Raman Spice stays true to their traditional methods and allows us to bring all their experience, passion, and love into our own kitchens.

Spreading the Love – We all need a delicious reminder sometimes that the world needs more love. Here it is, a family’s love for their spice blends, passed on through generations and now here to warm your hearts. It all began with a wholesale natural spice mill in Malaysia founded by “Mr.Raman” back in the ‘60’s which went dormant for nearly 40 years until recently when his eldest daughter, Mrs.Lakshmi along with her 4 children, decided it was time to continue her father’s great legacy. With Mrs.Lakshmi being the pillar of support and the inspiration behind each recipe, the Raman Spice legacy still lives on through its ground spices and blends.


When Aspire magazine contacted me to create a bespoke sushi cake to headline their 2021 Spring food & drink section I jumped at the challenge and created not one, but 6 unique and stunning mini sushi cakes for a full-page feature.


A quality EVOO is a staple in any food-lover’s kitchen, and Colive ticks every box for me! Deliciously light in flavour and sustainable and ethical as well, I created this beautiful tomato tart with a light pastry crust for Colive and have since made it several times when I’ve had friends for lunch! 


Let’s face it, there are always days when we need a meal on the table in minutes, and OddPods has become a bit of a lifesaver! For this collab, I was introduced to these ethically sourced, nutritious and healthy pulses and created these baked stuffed peppers using their gungo split peas and chickpeas.


I adore Comté cheese with its nutty and earthy flavours as well as the fact it so versatile and can be used in so many ways!  Here is a Halloween recipe with pumpkin which I created for Comté to use on their website and social media channels.


When you cook as much as I do, you need quality cookware and Divertimenti is the ultimate cookshop offering a wide range of premium kitchenware.  I created this gorgeous Nduja Gnocchi Bake using their Eppicotispai Pasta Making Starter Set.


The gourmet in me was thrilled to be asked to use some of Brindisa’s beautiful Spanish ingredients to create dishes for them, one of which is this chargrilled cuttlefish stuffed with bulgar on a bed of tamarind aubergine featured in their newsletter and on their website.
