Crispy Pumpkin Gnocchi With Brown Butter, Garlic, Onions and Pine Nuts

by Zars Kitchen Admin

Here’s a recipe I made a while ago with a stash of pumpkin gnocchi I had in the freezer… it was such a treat to have homemade gnocchi but this would work beautifully with store bought unflavoured gnocchi too. Such a simple way to enjoy gnocchi with a little garlic, onions and pine nuts. Irresistibly delicious!

Hope you give this one a go!
