Seared Sesame Tuna With A Sweet Chilli Dressing, Pak Choi & Sesame Ginger Noodles

Are you panicking at the last minute, what to cook for Valentines Day??  I’ve got you covered, guys… this sweet, tangy, nutty, toasted sesame tuna is dripping with flavor from the most incredible dressing and is one of the most leisurely meals to throw together…  you can have this tuna ready in under 15 minutes, it’s crazy easy and ridiculously flavourful, this is one recipe that NEVER lets me down, it’s a wonder in every way, every single time!

Years ago, one of my besties from uni who doesn’t cook much asked me for a fool-proof special recipe to make for a guy she was dating, so I gave her this one… she made the tuna precisely as I instructed, served with some sautéed greens and steamed jasmine rice… her date (now hubby) loved it so much that it’s a regular on her dinner plan.

One of my go-to party dishes, one of the easiest dishes to prepare; the tuna takes just minutes to cook, sizzling on each side, and the no-cook dressing/sauce takes less than 5 minutes to make… shake three ingredients together in a jar… yes… it’s that easy… TRUST ME… try this one!

This time I served it with sesame ginger noodles and braised butter-soy pak choi, but often we have it with steamed rice and any greens that need using up.
