PRAWN, MANGO & AVOCADO WONTON CRISPS

A great al fresco party appetiser idea!

Succulent pieces of prawns, creamy avocado and sweet juicy mango from my local @fruityfreshlondon all mixed with Kewpie Japanese mayo (the best!), and my fav chilli sauce @linghamsuk!

PRAWN, MANGO & AVOCADO WONTON CRISPS

Ingredients

  • 24 Wonton wrappers, fried till crisp
  • 200g Prawns, cooked and chopped small
  • 1 Avocado, diced small
  • 1 Mango, diced small
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chill sauce or chilli flakes to taste
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Sprinkle of tasted sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients (except wonton wrappers) to a bowl and mix well
2. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking
3. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of the mix onto each wonton crisp and sprinkle with sesame seeds
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
