We eat them most often without the brioche bun, just a salad or veggies on the side, and lashings of Sriracha chili sauce. It makes a great alternative to the beef burger and also has a ton of hidden veggies!
The secret to the moistest, most succulent burger is mincing the chicken yourself and using a mix of both thigh and breast meat. The salty feta and slivered sweet fried onions with the charred sesame seed crusting give this burger so much flavor.
