We use it soooo many ways.. some ideas below…
- Fish – wrap in foil with chutney and bake or BBQ
- BBQ meats or paneer, mix a few spoonfuls into marinades – next level!
- Mix with yogurt – ultimate kebab sauce
- In sarnies – specifically cheese & chutney or Bombay sandwiches
- Mix with hummus – as a crudité dip (Don’t knock it till you try it…we are hooked!!)

1. In a blender, add the onions, apple and green chillis, blitz until a paste forms, add a splash of water to help it all to blendIngredients
Instructions
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz again, add a little more water to your desired consistency
3. Taste and adjust salt, sugar, chilli to your liking
4. Enjoy!
