1. Preheat the oven to 180C/320F and place a rack on a large baking tray.Ingredients

2. Dry the thighs with paper towels, then place in a large bowl with all the ingredients
3. Place the chicken in a single layer on the rack, skin side up
4. Cook in the oven for about 35 minutes. After 20 minutes, rotate the tray for even cooking
5. Cook until golden and crispy
