  • 2 x 320g Puff pastry pre-rolled sheets, thawed
  • 2 bunches of British-grown asparagus, woody ends removed (36 spears)
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt flakes and black pepper
  • 12 Slices Parma ham

  4. Add about 1.5 tsp Maille Hollandaise sauce to the middle of each square
  5. Fold one slice of the Parma ham in half and arrange it so it lays on top of the Hollandaise sauce
  6. Place three asparagus spears on top and 1 tbsp grated cheddar
  7. Then join opposite corners of the pastry squares to make a little parcel and press together to seal
  8. Brush with the beaten egg
  9. Season with sea salt, and black pepper and sprinkle with poppy seeds
  10. Place in the preheated oven and bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
