These stunning fish tacos will blow your mind with their flavour explosions! It may look like a lot of elements, but they are super easy to make.

1. Oil your BBQ grills, put on med direct heat with a drip tray, or heat your oven grillIngredients
Instructions
2. Mix cabbage and vinegar, set aside
3. Rinse, drain, dry fish and rub with Mexican rub
4. Mix guacamole ingredients, chunky consistency, set aside
5. Mix salsa ingredients, set aside
6. Cook fish 2 mins each side or until cooked through, longer depending on thickness
7. Heat tortillas on BBQ or grill pan
8. Flake fish into big chunks
9. Assemble tacos with fish, guacamole, and salsa
