The combo of tangy cheese, fresh herbs and that crunch from both radishes and walnuts is just soooo good… THE PERFECT BITE!! 

I’ve served platters of Panir Sabzi Panir Sabzi has always been our fav at Iranian restaurants, if you haven’t tried it then you must… its divinely addictive!!! 

Also looks so pretty right?!

Ingredients

  • Small bunch of fresh Mint
  • Small bunch of fresh Tarragon
  • Small bunch of fresh Spring onions
  • Handful of Walnuts
  • Handful of Radishes, trimmed
  • 200g Panir Iranian cheese or Feta cheese
  • Flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the walnuts until slightly toasted
  2. Wash the herbs and slice the cheese into bite size pieces
  3. Arrange everything onto a serving platter and place in the centre of the table for everyone to make their wraps
  4. Enjoy!
