Spiced Charred Salmon

Spiced Charred Salmon

Salmon is one of my favorite things to make as it’s so quick, and there are so many different delicious variations! This spiced charred salmon is so speedy to make. All the ingredients are just blitzed in the food processor and then smeared over the salmon.

Bonus number 1, no need to let the fish marinate for ages. Just smear the paste all over the salmon, wrap it up in foil like a parcel and whack it on the grill for 15 minutes.  You get the most delicious, flavor-packed healthy meal.

Bonus number 2, no washing up as it’s cooked in the foil.  We had it with kale and onion, garlicky brown rice, and some charred tender stem broccoli. It was devoured and loved by the whole family.
