Fig, Prosciutto & Mozzarella Salad Board

The sun is still shining, which makes me feel like it’s a salad kind of day. This heavenly combination of sweet and savoury is fig and prosciutto. Add to it the creaminess of buffalo mozzarella and the tang of the balsamic, heavenly.

Instructions

  1. Grab a board to display your salad, add some leaves. I used a mix of baby kale and lambs lettuce.
  2. Slice and arrange figs on top, layer up prosciutto and tear buffalo mozzarella.
  3. Drizzle salad oil of choice, I used La Barca Smoked Olive Oil from @brindisaspanishfoods available @ocado.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of thick balsamic and season with sea salt and a few good twists of fresh ground pepper.. simple, beautiful and totally scrumptious.
