Ingredients

  • For the dipping sauce mix together
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Garnish with more chopped chives and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Vietnamese rice paper squares soaked in warm water with just a little bit of sesame oil for about 10 mins, remove, and carefully place on a chopping board.
  2. Add cooked prawns and chopped chives and roll up, tucking the ends in, repeat, place in serving dish, and microwave for a minute.
