I wanted a nice crusty sourdough to dunk into my lasagne soup the other night but didn’t have any. These oozy cheesy, garlicky crumpets turned out even better. 5 mins prep and about 15 mins in the oven and what do you have? The happiest kiddos ever!
1. Pre heat the oven to 200CIngredients

2. Mix together the melted butter, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and chilli flakes
3. Brush all over the crumpets and arrange in an oven proof dish
4. Scatter over the grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden
5. Enjoy immediately!
