Grilled Spiced Lamb Kebabs with a garlicky tzatziki

Is it a kofta? Is it a kebab? Whatever it is, we know it’s off the charts delicious, especially when you add garlicky tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and lashings of chili sauce wrapped up in warm flatbread.

Sautéing the onions and garlic before adding them to the meat makes these kebabs extra juicy and succulent.  The bonus is they only take about 6 minutes to cook. Next time I need to remember to double the recipe because they were demolished in seconds!!
